Adhesive Dispensers

Adhesive industry offers nowadays a complete line of 3M adhesive dispensers and applicators for all of your hot melt, jet melt and rigid dispensing needs. The entire 3M product line is reliable and durable to last. These products work best with hot melt or jet melt adhesives and cartridges.

The adhesive dispensers are mixing, metering and dispensing machines that work out for two components of the resin system. The dispenser machines have two precision gears to pump up with a preset mixing ratio done by a drive chain that is adjustable by exchangeable chain wheels. The dispensing quantity is infinitely variable by selecting the number of revolutions at the frequency converter and by adjusting the dispensing time at the electronic control.

There are only three different ways of operation for the adhesive dispenser machines available. One of them and the first that we present is the continuous operation, an operation in which the machine runs as long as the foot switch is on. Another way is the step by step operation that means that the machine meters one in shots when the foot switch is actuated or when an external signal is received. The third but not least ways of operations with the adhesive dispenser machines is the interval operation that consists of the fact that the machine meters in shots with adjustable intervals works as long as the foot switch is on. The mixing head of the adhesive dispenser machine consists of two chambers that are separated for resin and hardener. Each one of the two bevel seat valves is operated by a pneumatic cylinder and the valve chambers are locked by an impermeable and long lasting diaphragm seal. Due to this execution an adhering drop is automatically withdrawn into the mixing tube.

In order to get the highest processing security the adhesive dispensers need to be equipped with a heating hose and there will be no seasonal fluctuations with the depth of penetration of the resin intro the bristles. The adhesive dispersers are equipped with an alarm system in order to prevent the resin hardener mixture from drying up in the mixing tub. The mixing ration for these machines and the dispensing quantity can be easily and quickly modified on an input panel and it can be memorized as block information.
